We are so very excited to see you at Victoria Yards in Uptown on Saturday, October 11th! Vegfest is open to the public from 12:00pm - 6:00pm with VIP customers arriving as early as 11:00am.

***Deadline to submit Hot Food and Food Truck applications is September 19th, 2025. For premium vendors, our limit for baked goods vendors has been reached so further baked goods vendors signing up for premium spots will be refunded and told to sign up under general vendors. ***

PLEASE NOTE: This venue does not allow hemp products. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN: We ask that you set up by 10:30am and break down no earlier than 5pm so that latecomers can have the full Vegfest experience!
SPACE DETAILS: Each Vendor space is approx 10ft x 10ft. Vendors need to supply their own chairs, tables and tents(the venue needs tents to be weighed down with sandbags, etc), but we will have a few available for rent upon request first come, first serve. Please bring carts and things with wheels to help you unload. This is an outdoor venue so a tent or cover is recommended. Generators are allowed but you will need cable protectors like this for pedestrian safety.

RESTROOM ACCESS There will be 5 regular port-o-johns throughout the venue as well as an ADA unit.
TRASH/RECYCLING: As in past Vegfests, this year's festival is styrofoam-free. Compostable plates, forks and such are strongly recommended.

Premium spots will be in the area near the main stage. Only general and non-profit vendors can get premium spots (no hot food or food trucks), so you will be refunded if these conditions are not met. **Baked goods premium spots are sold out, please sign up as a general vendor.**
